This privacy policy applies to the Color2Hex app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Color2Hex Development (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application requires access to your device's camera to enable its core functionality of detecting colors from live camera feed or captured images.

How we use the camera:

• The camera is used exclusively to capture color information from images
• Images are processed locally on your device
• No photos or camera data are uploaded to external servers
• No photos are saved without your explicit consent
• Camera access is only active when you are using the color detection feature

The Application stores color history data locally on your device using SharedPreferences. This data includes:

• Color codes (HEX, RGB, HSL values)
• Timestamps of color detection

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers.

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

Google AdMob

The Application displays advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalized ads. The information collected by AdMob includes:

• Device information
• Ad interaction data
• IP address
• Device identifiers

The Service Provider wants to emphasize that the Application does NOT collect or transmit:

• Photos or images captured by your camera

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Since the Application processes all color detection locally on your device and does not transmit sensitive data to external servers, your privacy is protected by design.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

You can opt-out of interest-based ads on Android devices by:

• Opening the Google Settings app on your device
• Selecting "Ads"
• Enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
